6. Moderator Authority

TMTC moderators are empowered to enforce rules and issue warnings, mutes, or bans. Their actions are final and may only be escalated to Company Founders under specific conditions.

7. Intellectual Property

All TMTC content—including courses, proprietary strategies, educational materials, and “The Thesis Method”—is owned by TMTC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify this content without written permission.

8. Liability Disclaimer

TMTC is not liable for any losses or damages resulting from your trading or financial decisions, or from reliance on our educational material.
