Time remaining in a subscription period
2. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your payment provider (e.g., Launchpass via Stripe).
Cancellation prevents future charges.
You will continue to have access until the end of the current billing cycle.
No refunds are issued for any unused time after cancellation.
3. No Exceptions
TMTC enforces a strict no-refund policy for all purchases. No exceptions will be granted under any circumstances.
4. Chargeback Policy
Initiating a chargeback, dispute, or unauthorized payment claim without contacting TMTC first will result in:
Immediate and permanent revocation of access to all TMTC services
Permanent ban from the community and all future purchases
Reporting to payment processors for potential abuse
