All sales are final. TMTC maintains a strict no-refund policy for all digital products, memberships, coaching sessions, and educational materials. This applies regardless of:

  • Usage or engagement level

  • Satisfaction or perceived value

  • Time remaining in a subscription period

2. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your payment provider (e.g., Launchpass via Stripe).

  • Cancellation prevents future charges.

  • You will continue to have access until the end of the current billing cycle.

  • No refunds are issued for any unused time after cancellation.

3. No Exceptions

TMTC enforces a strict no-refund policy for all purchases. No exceptions will be granted under any circumstances.

4. Chargeback Policy

Initiating a chargeback, dispute, or unauthorized payment claim without contacting TMTC first will result in:

  • Immediate and permanent revocation of access to all TMTC services

  • Permanent ban from the community and all future purchases

  • Reporting to payment processors for potential abuse
